Start by making a Glue Egg on the end of the
hook. Follow
the instructions for Glue Egg on the Tyers Index.
Add lead to the upper 2/3 of the hook.
Lock in the lead with several wraps of thread.
Take two pieces of Marabou and tie on the shaft.
Take a nice Neck Hackle and tie in.
Tie a piece of Chenille.
Palmer the Chenille forward to the Egg.
Secure with several wraps.
Palmer the Hackle forward to the Egg and secure.
Use this one in somewhat clearer water for spring
Steel.
