Start with a Dai-Riki #135 Size 8 hook
Tie in the vinyl rib, flat side down.
Begin wrapping the vinyl rib down to the vise jaw.
When down to the vise jaw, wrap back to the eye.
Tie in the Peacock Herl.
Tie off vinyl rib and whip finish as usual.
I wouldn't hit the river without this one...
