Hook: Tiemco #5263
Thread: 3/0 Red
Body: Pink Sparkle Chenille
Tail: Red Marabou
Red Krystal Flash #3
Start with a #2 Hook
Wrap .025 lead on half the length
Lock the lead in with cross wraps of thread
Take two pieces of Marabou and wrap
just above the point of the hook
Lock the Marabou in with several wraps
Take 6-8 strands of Red Krystal Flash #3 and
tie in to both sides of the hook
Take a nice piece of Red Neck Hackle and
tie in at the tip of the Hackle.
Tie in a piece of Pink Sparkle Chenille
Wrap the Chenille forward to the eye,
secure with a couple of wraps of thread
Palmer the Hackle forward, stroking the
hackle backward as you wrap
Secure with a couple of wraps
Tie off and whip finish as usual.
Very effective for King Salmon. Try a variation of colors.
